Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to develop design concepts and layouts for financial institution projects.

  • Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and material boards for client presentations.

  • Assist in the selection of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials.

  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.

  • Conduct site visits to measure spaces, verify conditions, and oversee project installations.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, especially those relevant to financial institution design.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design

  • At least 1-3 years experience is preferred.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD & Revit.

  • SketchUp, Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud experience helpful.

  • Experience with space planning, product specifications and finish selections.

  • Willing and able to travel.

  • Project management skills.

  • Self motivated and enjoys working collaboratively.

  • Superb organizational skills.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.

  • A willingness to learn.
